How can I get help selecting the best casting process for my application?

What metal casting processes do you use?
Nbcastings specializes in die casting, investment (lost wax) casting and sand casting.
What type of information do you need from me in order to provide an accurate quote/proposal?
The more information the better. However, the following information will ensure that we can provide you with a timely and accurate quote: drawing or detailed dimensions, alloy, quantity, required lead time or ship date, and specifications. Please note that specifications include testing requirements, certifications, packaging, and any special needs you may have. If you have questions, please feel free to consult your internal sales engineer.
Can you produce complex part shapes?
Yes. Our investment casting process allows us to create complex shapes that are impossible to create using traditional methods. We produce intricate parts with fine detail and a surface finish of 120 rms.
Do you have large and/or small production capabilities?
We have the flexibility to handle both large and small batches. Nbcastings prides itself on being able to meet your specific requirements and deadlines.
What are investment castings used for?
Investment casting is an industrial metal forming process that creates a wax pattern that is then replaced with molten metal. Pump and valve components, oil and gas parts, medical parts, and more are all investment cast.
